Acupuncture is just one of the many modalities used in the ancient art and science of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Our body has 361 acupoints connected by 12 main meridian channels that act as conduits for energetic information. This energetic information is called Qi, and it comes in many different forms. By needling acupoints, Qi can be given commands to facilitate the body's ability to self-regulate.

Acupuncture gets right to the root of the disharmony and is 100% natural. It is excellent for treating most health concerns, including alleviating pain, improving sleep quality, and managing emotions.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping affects the flow of blood and qi in the body. It is an excellent therapy for detoxification as it draws out pathogenic factors and toxins from deep tissue. It is also great at alleviating muscle pain.

It increases blood profusion to the area being treated, which promotes healing, removal of metabolic waste (flushing the area with lymphatic fluid and blood), and restructuring of facia, muscles and underlying tissue.
